Organic Curry Powder
Does anyone know the ingredients for an Eastern Indian cold remedy?
I read an article about home cold remedies and one was an Indian recipe. I remember it had chicken broth, curry powder, garlic, lemon juice and basil but can’t remember the amount of each ingredient you’re supposed to use. i can’t even remember what magazine it was, just one of those organic natural living type things.
generally its the Spices that help break down the mucus…this has worked wonders for me
1/2 to 1 lemon squeezed
some honey
lots of black pepper (as much as you can handle abt a teaspoon for me)
1/2 tsp ground ginger (but 1 tbsp fresh ginger juice is better)
mix it with 1 cup of water and drink…repeat several times during the day….
as for the chicken broth thing, my mother used to give me this spicy chicken soup as a kid, helped a little….
