Organic Seasonings

Question about vegetable stock?
I make alot of veggie stock to use as a base for soups, stir fries, etc. I use a variety of vegetables, fresh herbs, and seasonings. I cant seem to get the concentration of flavors I want, no matter how much I reduce the broth. I am thinking of trying a ROASTED vegetable stock to see if that would help. I would like input from someone who has tried this, as I buy organic veggies and dont want to mess it up and ruin them. Any ideas?
I am vegetarian so no meat stock recipes, please
Roasting the veggies will give you a completely different flavor. The roasting process caramelizes the natural sugars in the veggies so it will yield a richer flavor. Try this recipe
