What herbs/Spices would compliment prawns nicely?
I’ve tried garlic and ginger, but I’m looking for some herbs or spices that will compliment them.
lightly browned garlic in butter and light olive oil mixture..fresh flat leaf parsley some to start and add some at the end….a touch dryed oregano salt and pepper a touch of dry whight wine…a few bread crumbs to thicken the sauce..this will make it coat the shrimp.(do not add to much bread crumbs) a littleat a time.
