which Spices and herbs should i put on my homemade french fries/potato wedges?
i’ve got some potato’s cut up here, im lightly boiling them, and plan on baking them, but before i bake them, what spices or herbs should i put on them?
i have the basics, plus some others.
How about cumin, coriander, salt and pepper, I use this a lot on potatoes its oh so tasty. Cayenne works well too.
