we will be trying for our second child soon. A friend suggested i start drinking Yogi Pregnancy Tea…?
I just bought some and am a littler nervous about drinking it. This is a herbal tea with red raspberry leaf, peppermint leaf, stinging nettle leaf, spearmint leaf, dandelion root, anise seed and Cardamom seed. It is organic and the brand is Yogi. Any thoughts? I know some people think herbal teas are safe during pregnancy and some dont.
None of those things are harmful in pregnancy, but it is unlikely to give you any tangible benefits, either. Just a cleverly packaged product.
